You adapt quickly to this and it isn't as annoying as it sounds.
Right analog is also tied to your head so you can sometimes sort of fix when your looking around leaves your view in a slightly off state. Left analog to move about, head to look about. Once I was in the game? It feels like a real VR game. The opening screen and loading screens are pancake (menu items were sort of hard to see).
